Our Name

Silver Lining Plumbing was inspired by Dobby — our Silver Labrador — whose loyalty, friendliness, persistence, and steady presence reflect the kind of company we set out to build.

We know plumbing problems aren’t just about pipes — they disrupt your peace of mind. The name “Silver Lining” represents what we aim to bring to every home we enter: relief after frustration, clarity after confusion, and lasting solutions to even the most stressful plumbing situations.

Our Story

Kenny started in the trades right out of high school and found his footing in new construction plumbing. Learning how plumbing systems are built from the ground up gave him a strong foundation — knowing exactly what a system should look like when it’s done right.

In a surprising turn, he stepped away from the trade to earn a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling. But after years of study, he realized something important:

Hands-on plumbing was still his true calling.

So he returned — this time to service and repair — bringing both technical expertise and formal training in communication, stress management, and people skills.

That combination shapes how we serve today.

Why We’re Different

After working for large plumbing companies — many owned by private equity — Kenny saw the industry shifting toward quotas, upsells, and rushed appointments.

He wanted something different.

Silver Lining Plumbing was created to focus on:

  • Real relationships with local families

We also offer evening service hours as part of our regular schedule — not just for emergencies — so you don’t have to take off work for plumbing repairs.

We’re small on purpose. Owner-run. Community-focused. Accountable.
